Damaged Print
If you have received a damaged print, simply send an email to contato@elbrunodelgado.com with a photo of the damaged print and we will send you a new print with no additional cost.
The shipping time to send a print is usually 14 days. A tracking number is issued so you will be able to track the parcel.
Cancelling An Order
If an art has not been shipped out and no shipping tracking number has been issued and you would like to cancel an order, send an email to contato@elbrunodelgado.com and we'll give you a full refund. No questions asked.
If the tracking number has been issued, that means the package has been shipped and the sale is final.
Shipping
The shipping time is approximately 14 days. A tracking number is issued for each package and sent to the buyer when shipped. All packages are shipped by Dhl or Fedex.
Large arts are shipped in a tube and smaller (around 30cm) are shipped flat.
